We are looking for a Security Engineer (SecOps) to join our team in Krakow and help us with our cybersecurity efforts as we expand in Open Banking. As a SecOps, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, with some Google Cloud), office network infrastructure, and working with tools such as Aikido.dev, Orca Security, AWS GuardDuty, AWS VPC/Firewall/EKS, CloudFlare, Auth0, Sentinel1, DarkTrace, Fudo Security, Microsoft Intune (MacOS environment), Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and OpenVPN Access Server. You will work directly with the Head of Security to plan, implement, and monitor the company's security strategy, collaborate with developers on our internal Security project, ensure compliance with Visma Group security requirements (including ISO27001, ISAE 3402 Type 2) and our partners, develop our Bug Bounty program, create and implement security procedures, and respond to security incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security of cloud and network infrastructure.
  • Work with security tools to monitor and improve security posture.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Security on security strategy.
  • Work with developers to resolve security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the Bug Bounty program.
  • Create and implement security procedures.
  • Respond to security incidents.
  • Take initiative to improve security through collaboration and testing.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with public cloud (AWS preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks.
  • Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu and RedHat).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proactive approach to security.
  • English proficiency for documentation and collaboration.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the finance, insurance, or banking industry.
  • Experience configuring CloudFlare for security.
  • AWS/Azure/GCP, CKA/CKAD, or Cisco certifications.
  • Ability to work from the Krakow office 2-3 times per week.
