About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Consulting Team. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering, you will provide pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Translate features into value drivers for clients' businesses throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide functional and technical expertise, showcasing SurveyMonkey's platform, APIs, Mobile SDKs, and other solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
- Serve as a customer advocate, collaborating with Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Deliver training to enhance product knowledge and demo skills.
- Develop expertise in the competitive landscape and the CX space.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in SaaS.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new programs and integrations.
- Comfort presenting to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Technical background with API experience.
- Experience delivering SaaS demos and creating technical documentation (workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs, RFIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- B2+ level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
