Working model: 24/7 rotating shift system (10-day cycle with 4 days off, including shift allowances)
About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, solving problems, and sharing insights to improve infrastructure reliability. You will work with a customer-centric approach, ensuring their experience and success.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of:
- Server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, VMware, etc.)
- Control panel software (cPanel, Plesk)
- Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)
- Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English.
