AWS Troubleshooting Cloud Technologies Customer Success Engineer Azure

As a Customer Success Engineer at Qumulo, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' success with our innovative storage solutions. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to address technical inquiries and resolve complex issues, primarily within AWS and Azure environments. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer issues, driving them to resolution while maintaining clear communication. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to proactively manage customer deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments, anticipate their business needs, and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure, permissions, performance, and file systems. You will provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams, contributing to the improvement of our cloud offerings. Continuous learning and expanding your skill set in cloud technologies are integral to this role.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage customer deployments in cloud and on-premises environments.
* Troubleshoot issues related to cloud file systems (AWS, Azure), including infrastructure, permissions, and performance.
* Prioritize and drive resolution for escalated customer issues.
* Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on product gaps and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with peers and mentors on complex issues.
* Continuously expand knowledge and skills in cloud technologies.

Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
* 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, including 3-5 years of troubleshooting cloud environments.
* Demonstrated knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
* Familiarity with cloud deployment processes and tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates).
* Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
* Basic network troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with Linux & Windows operating systems.
* Familiarity with Windows Active Directory or LDAP.
* Understanding of file permissions and access control in cloud environments.
* In-depth knowledge of storage solutions, including NAS and scale-out file systems.
* Proficiency in Linux command line scripting and Python programming for automation and analysis tasks.

Nice to Have:
* Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).

Benefits:
The annual pay range for this position is USD $110,000 - $140,000. Individual pay depends on factors such as role level, experience, skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and updated annually.
