Senior Software Engineer, Growth

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth team, which focuses on user acquisition, monetization, activation, and retention through data-driven strategies and innovative technologies. You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborating with Design, Product, and Analytics teams, you'll move projects from conception to launch, A/B test new features, analyze results, and iteratively release improvements. You'll also write clean, well-tested code for our frontend and backend platforms and support the technical development of your colleagues.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and services.
* Collaborate with Design, Product, and Analytics teams to launch projects.
* A/B test features and analyze results.
* Write clean, well-tested code for frontend and backend platforms.
* Support the technical development of team members.

Requirements:
* Expert proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Next, Typescript).
* Proficient in building and deploying full-stack web applications.
* Solid experience in backend development using server-side languages (PHP, NodeJs, Python). PHP experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and data modeling techniques.
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
* Effective collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
* Great planning skills to break down projects into milestones and identify risks.
* Experience in user acquisition, monetization, activation, or retention projects is preferred.
