Job Overview
Vectra AI is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our Field Sales team. As an RSM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your assigned territory by selling Vectra's AI-driven threat detection and response solutions to enterprise clients. This is a hunter role, requiring a proactive and disciplined approach to pipeline development and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the enterprise security space.
Responsibilities
* Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with enterprise accounts, focusing on CISO/CIO/CTO-level relationships.
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate pipeline through marketing, channel partners, sales development, and self-initiated prospecting.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and successful proof-of-concept engagements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention, high renewal rates, and expansion opportunities.
* Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue and communicate the status of strategic deals.
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with channel partners.
* Travel domestically 3-4 days per week (and occasionally internationally).
* Develop strategic business plans for the territory on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas selling security, networking, and/or software solutions.
* Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new leads and develop early-stage pipeline.
* Consistent track record of over-achievement.
* Proven success closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M+.
* Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.
* Ability to independently demo products in initial customer meetings.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
* Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in consultative security fields such as incident response, forensic investigations, threat intelligence, or penetration testing is a plus.
* Public speaking experience is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary Range
$172,600 - $333,600 USD. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and incumbent pay position.
