We are seeking passionate and skilled Technical Support Engineers to join our dynamic team in Haarlem. As a Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you will be a crucial link between our 1st and 3rd level operation teams within the Customer Care organization.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming service requests via phone, chat, and our ticketing system.
* Manage incidents, changes, and problems for our customers with a focus on efficient resolution.
* Resolve 2nd level technical issues, escalating to 3rd level teams when necessary.
* Collaborate with 1st and 3rd level teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Availability to work in rotating shifts.
* Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to Have:
* Linux knowledge.
* Knowledge of Hardware (Servers, RAM, HDD).
* Windows knowledge.
* ITIL knowledge.
