As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Product Documentation team, creating accurate and usable content for our entire product line. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to create world-class enterprise software products. This role involves structuring, writing, and updating conceptual content, tutorials, and API/SDK developer documentation, continuously improving the user and developer experience. You'll also contribute to tools and processes that enhance documentation and software development efficiency, scalability, and collaboration, and mentor other writers.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance) to advocate for the customer in the creation of enterprise software products.
* Structure, write, and update conceptual content, tutorials, and API/SDK developer documentation.
* Continuously improve the user and developer experience by creating and iterating on technical content.
* Contribute to tools and processes that improve documentation and software development.
* Mentor other writers and provide leadership in product areas.

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience writing documentation for diverse audiences (software engineers, system administrators, API developers, and non-technical users).
* Strong English communication and writing skills.
* Experience documenting web applications at enterprise scale.
* Experience with Linux, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, Markdown, and a "docs as code" approach.
* Competence in a mainstream programming language.
* Attention to detail and curiosity.
* User-advocate approach to documentation.
* Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
* Comfort with ambiguity.

Bonus Skills:
* Familiarity with Java, Node.js, Scala, Python, or C++.
* Familiarity with Postman, Insomnia, or other API testing tools.
* Comfortable with HTML and CSS.
* Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence or Jira.
* Familiarity with cryptocurrency, custody, and security.
* Experience in the finance or banking sector.
* Familiarity with building web applications.
* Understanding of French or German.
