ServiceNow Application Developer

Bandwidth is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, administration, maintenance, configuration, testing, and support of our ServiceNow environment. You will be responsible for implementing solutions to meet ongoing business needs, deploying new releases and enhancements, performing systems testing, maintaining operational functions, monitoring usage, and performing daily administrative tasks. This position is 100% in-office at our Raleigh HQ.

What You'll Do:
* Apply technical knowledge to administer infrastructure/software platforms and user groups.
* Independently resolve complex technical issues.
* Partner with IT teams.
* Implement moderately complex infrastructure/applications/services.
* Proactively identify and resolve potential problems, including patch management.
* Review, implement, and verify complex changes and solutions.
* Maintain accurate configuration management database entries.
* Build and configure application integrations.
* Design, develop, test, and deploy application-specific code.
* Support quality assurance through code standards, design principles, and automated testing.
* Develop application solutions with consideration for compatibility, interoperability, and end-user environments.

What You Need:
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
* 2-4 years of Application/Software Development experience.
* 1+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, and open-source frameworks for database-driven solutions.
* 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C++, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with SOAP/REST integrations.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure and business application environments.
* Excellent understanding of enterprise-scale solutions.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a structured, process-driven environment.
* High level of initiative and integrity.
* Creative ability, consulting skills, leadership qualities, credibility, and self-confidence.

Bonus Points:
* ServiceNow Certified Developer and/or Administrator.
* 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow development and workflows for ITSM, CM, and EM.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
