We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to Mintel Leap, our AI-powered platform. You will be instrumental in developing user interfaces and backend services, integrating AI capabilities like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance our products. This role involves working within an Agile team, developing features, solving technical problems, ensuring software quality, and contributing to technical discussions.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver solutions based on stakeholder needs.
- Develop features and address technical challenges, often as an individual contributor or in pair programming.
- Ensure high-quality software through code reviews and QA practices.
- Participate in discussions regarding implementation and technical solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience in software development within a team.
- Proficiency in back-end development (Python, AWS).
- Experience with front-end development (React, TypeScript).
- Ability to collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- Ability to quickly learn new domain knowledge and technologies.
- Interest in both new feature development and system improvements.
