As a Platform Engineer in the Observability team, uphold high reliability and operational standards of business-critical components. Build robust infrastructure and self-service tools to empower HelloFresh engineers. We are looking for someone passionate about reliability, observability, and automation! Responsibilities include architecting and building infrastructure automation at scale, leveraging open-source and managed tools for self-service observability solutions, driving positive change in key metrics, and consulting with engineers on best practices. Required skills include experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog), familiarity with SRE principles, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, and building highly available systems (preferably in Go or Python).
