Manager, Software Engineering

We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and guide multiple engineering teams in building scalable solutions. You will be responsible for driving product and platform development from planning to execution, while also contributing to hands-on engineering tasks. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices in software development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Own engineering roadmap and build quarterly plans with stakeholders.
* Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing feedback and delegating tasks.
* Instill best practices for software development and ensure high-quality work.
* Drive planning meetings, prioritize features, and deliver value to customers.

Requirements:
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* 3+ years of management experience
* Experience in hiring and managing teams of engineers
* Proven track record of successful project planning and execution
* Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background
* Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
* Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
* Experience with software engineering best practices
* Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
