The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. Within the organization, the Digital team ensures our marketing vision is brought to life across all digital properties by developing a holistic digital strategy spanning paid, campaigns, SEO, resources, customer stories, and content.
We're seeking a Creative Technologist to bridge design and technology in creating innovative digital experiences, partnering closely with Digital UX and Engineering teams in San Francisco. You'll drive measurable results through technical strategy and hands-on development, leading initiatives from interactive web tools to complete UI overhauls while shaping our approach to emerging technologies. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative design and technical execution, turning complex requirements into elegant, user-focused solutions that influence our digital direction and exceed both user needs and business objectives.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve
Front-end development of interactive digital experiences and crafting personalized digital experiences
Guide technical strategy to enhance our platforms with innovative, user-focused solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge web strategy, creativity, and engineering
Drive optimization of CMS authoring and content management workflows
Own optimization of email templates and expanding the digital design system to email templates
Spearhead user interface overhauls and ensured consistent design implementations
Communicate effectively about project progress, potential risks, and challenges
About you
Experience in front-end development, demonstrating strong design and UX skills
Completion of degrees or equivalent practical experience
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience fetching data via REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating systems with Webhooks
Knowledge and application of accessibility standards
Competence in creating and documenting architectural solutions
Familiarity with cloud platforms, content management systems, and UX testing tools

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 8 250- 10 160 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
