This Solution Focused Coaching (SFC) - Module I course is certified LEVEL I by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), totaling 71 hours of training. It helps students approach and develop their coaching skills to become professional coaches. The course includes foundational and advanced knowledge, along with useful tools that can be applied in practice. It focuses on how a coach can help coachees gradually orient themselves, set goals, commit, and implement them positively.

The course equips students with fundamental skills based on the philosophy of Solution Focused, along with other in-depth and advanced knowledge. This helps students have enough knowledge, skills, and confidence to apply coaching in various fields such as Life Coaching or Leadership Coaching.

Solution Focused Coaching - Module I (SFC-I) is a 4-day course (32 hours of direct teaching). During the four days, students will be challenged through many practical exercises and Coaching Demo sessions, thereby increasing experience and confidence in coaching. The course is structured with a mix of theory and practice to connect them, allowing students to immediately experience the knowledge they have just learned.
