This 2-day Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) course is designed as a workshop where students learn how to scale a Scrum team using the Nexus Framework. You'll be introduced to artifacts and events in the role of the Nexus integration team, along with over 50 practical exercises. The course includes a code to take the Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) certification. This course equips students with the knowledge of how to start, structure, staff, and manage a large-scale Agile project using Scrum. Students will learn the foundations, tools, and practices needed to scale Scrum successfully, to optimize the value their products create. This course is designed for development leads, development managers, project/program managers, and anyone coaching, building, or participating in and managing multiple projects using Agile and Scrum.
