Kanban Maturity Model + Kanban Coaching Professional - Inicial el 9 de agosto

This is an advanced Kanban course, starting August 9th, covering the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) and Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) techniques.

The course is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) - Learn how to use the Kanban Maturity Model to achieve desired outcomes and implement necessary cultural changes and practices.

Part 2: Kanban Coaching (KC) - Learn how to leverage your KMM and STATIK knowledge to lead change and drive improvement.

KMM: Saturday, August 9th and Sunday, August 10th
KC: Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th

Pre-requisites: Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential or experience using Kanban in a real-world environment is required.
