C++ Linux Systems Programming

This event focuses on C++ Linux Systems Programming, covering C++23 language features, POSIX API, Linux ABI, type abstraction, console and file I/O, error handling, time interface, C++ chrono API, memory and process management, file system, threading, and sockets. The session will also touch on attempts to dislodge POSIX. Participants should set up and use GCC 14.x or preferably GCC 15.x compiler on GNU/Linux. RSVP is required. All members are invited to join this online event, which occurs weekly until April 8, 2025.
